We are asking for your prayers for my dad (and us at home as well). He has been suffering from something for about 3-4 weeks, and I finally got him to go get checked. Long story short, the cancer that took one kidney about 11 years ago has returned, and the imaging made it appear as if he were growing it back again. It is spreading throughout his body, and over to the one kidney he has left. We are scheduled to go for a bi-opsy next Friday. He does not know the Lord, nor does he want to know Him. He has been angry at life (and "God - if there is one"...), bla, bla, bla. .
I am praying for his salvation, for a miracle, for my faith... our faith. I know that our God is able to do abundantly far above anything we can ask or think; but I also feel like the man who once said," Lord, I believe... now, help me in my un-belief!" If you would join us in prayer and or fasting, I would be most grateful. May the Lord Jesus be glorified in this situation, and may He bless you all.

My Mother-in-law (and father-in-law) were both let go from a company where they worked for 35 years. The company was bought out, so they were the first to go. At age 62, they are not financially ready to retire. She is going to Nordstroms Wednesday to inquire about a position.Please pray that they consider her for the job and she gets hired! PLEASE!! Things have been very stressful here. I haven't had time to be on the computer either. A couple of weeks ago Kendra called the cops on us. As you know she is my grandsons mom and we took her in along with my grandson and his step sister. We only received rent from her for 3 months. Then it was more important to her to keep all of her bills paid, go to concerts and drink and smoke than to pay us. We were prisoners in our own house, afraid to say anything for our grandson Zac's sake. Kendra is bi-polar and flips like a bathroom switch. She never helped at all in 6 months in the house, except to make a mess. Well, as you know my son Jason had lost his job. His lease was up Oct. 1. His roommate did not pay their electric bill and so he moved from Las Vegas to CA. We were happy that Zac was going to stay in CA and in his school. But now we had Jason and Kendra in the house. They were staying up all hours of the night talking? and Drinking. She has all her meds she takes. Well, one night she just went off on me and accused me of being mean to her daughter and said that they were all leaving in the am. I told her I had done nothing to her daughter. She just went ballistic. So Rick came in. He said he was tired of all the BS with her and him drinking all night. He grabbed the beer out of her hand and told her that was enough. She came towards him and he pushed her one shoulder away and said enough. Jason got mad and started yelling. Kendra called the cops on us. Well, they came and arrested Jason for an old warrant and told Kendra she had 2 choices to make. Either stay and go to bed or go to jail. The next day she went off on me again and said I better have all her stuff and the kids stuff packed and ready to go. She didn't show up till 9:30 that night. The kids were ready for bed. Zac had school the next day. They all left and went to a motel in a bad part of town. After Zac missed 2 days of school and was late for the 3rd they decided we could keep him here and get him to school. What a blessing, Now wackos here, and Zac was doing homework, going to bed, and getting to school. This lasted for a week and a half. Then Jason texted me and asked me if Kendra could use our house phone to make a conference call for her custody hearing regarding Lexi. He also wanted to know if they could save some dollars and come here and stay again!. I told him he could use the phone and he gave me 100.00 to help pay back for Zacs baseball uniform and to help with food. Well, she went on to Las VEgas to take Lexi to her dads and to sell her truck. Jason came in and before I could say anything he got mad at me and Rick and starting yelling at us. I told him that they were disrespectful to me and my home. They did not follow my rules about no drinking. That until Kendra apologized to me there was no way she is coming back to my house. Well, Rick and Jason started screaming at each other and Jason left. The cops came to my house again to make sure everything was ok. Jason did come back that early evening. Zac was at school and knew nothing about this. Now, Kendra is due back from Las Vegas. She sold her truck and her and Jason are going to get a rental in San Bernardino. But, yesterday he told me he needed the blow up mattress. When I asked him what for he said Kendra was coming back. I have to talk to him today. I just do not want this stress any more. I am scared what will happen with Zac and I don't want to make any waves. But until Jason stops drinking and really devotes his life to Zac and she gets her life together who knows. We have tried to lay low because they will be close enough and we will probably have Zac some of the time to take him to school. We could also keep an eye on things with their home. But after getting no sleep last night I just really need your prayers. Please ask God to be with me today and that I say the right words. Pray for us all especially Zac.

I'm shaking in my core and blinking back tears. I have never requested prayer help from Sowing Seeds. Our urgent prayer request: (May the Holy Spirit help me express my prayers.) Last year we had a fire in a faulty bathroom vent in our rented condo. Unbeknown to me, the fire burned asbestos duct work that was illegally repaired and removed. The owner, property manager and their insurance withheld this information and we continued to live in a toxic home for almost a year. Six weeks ago we lost almost all our belongings due to asbestos contamination; all clothes, beds, furniture, food, even my car was deemed a total loss. We lost our home and my family was fragmented. My mental/emotional health has deteriorated, last week my employer denied extending my family leave and terminated my employment.
Humbled to my core we have renter's insurance and a pending law suit that will in time, replace the items lost.
But, the urgency is today. I chose to move with my youngest daughter into a very large home with my retired parents; brokering the purchase, the repairs and the the move five hours away. The direction was clear and with an obedient spirit listened to the Lord. This home was supposed to be the land of milk and honey; a beautiful blessing given by our heavenly Father. It is not - the doors of evil, confusion, and darkness abound. My dad has become angry, violent, paranoid, and abusive. I hide in the corner of the house praying for safety and peace. He wants us out of his house! My mom just weeps afraid to challenge him much.
Please, I know this is long but, once strong, vibrant and successful now so broken I can't even put prayers together. We need everything a safe home, peace, safety, wisdom, strength, clothes, food, phone, transportation that can handle the snow and get my daughter to her new school and, employment. I press into the Lord and pray HELP ME through this fire. In Jesus' name Amen.

I called Melanie Morgan and she told me that her and her sister Michelle are being evicted, they do not have any place where to go, any money or anything, that they need a supernatural miracle from the Lord because they are at the end of everything, they sold all they have including their musical, (they are musicians) they lost their job long time ago and are not being able to find anything. they need urgent help she said that they are very desolated and alone. They would like to come to the office but they do not have any means of transportation.

I would like to add a prayer request for a relative of the Dominguez family. Lyle Vanlandigham has been diagnosed with Leukemia and his wife Maria who is very discouraged, concerned and barely functioning. Lyle had received large amounts of blood transfussion recently before the diagnosis. Maria is basically the only one working in her household. they have 2 daughters in college.
Please pray for comfort and guidance and mainly for the Lord to release healing and for the entire household to be saved!

One of my nephews in England has a new baby who has been diagnosed with a rare condition called External Benign Hydrocephalus. Her name is Faith and she has fluid between the brain and the skull. Her head is very large, but otherwise she seems to be developing normally, though more sleepy than most babies. She is under top specialists in Bristol, England and they are trying to figure out how to treat her, hopefully within the six months window before her skull bones close. There are only 50 recorded cases like this. It is not the same as normal Hydrocephalus. Please pray for God to heal her miraculously and totally drain the fluid away, never to return. Good Morning my brothers and sisters in Christ..there is a update below about x-rays they took of my neck and back..and ribs.
Yesterday they took x-rays of my back and chest..and my neck..there is not good news.
The photo's showed Early Degenerative Joint Disease and Misalignment/Subluxation, and number 1 disk at the top of my neck and shoulders is really bad the doctor showed me the photo's and that disk isn't good he said it was all white..he said no wonder your having headaches..I hurt so bad right now in my neck and shoulders. Also the fractured rib isn't healing in my chest..also pray for my husband to return to Christ and for his relationship issue. Last night I hurt so bad I put the heating pad on and the pain was a 10..I thought I may have to got to the hospital..Please pray for me, I can't stand the pain I have and I pray all day for my husband to have compassion for me..Love BettyB

Dylan's Surgery is next week on Wedsday septemebr 14 th , 2011 She will be doing surgery on his left wrist and elbow.
she will be cutting the bone to reposition his wrist and put a pin in his wrist for 6 to 8 weeks then the pin will be took out.
Elbow release she is going to release joint and lengthen tendons to allow elbow to bend.
He will be in the Hosptial for 1 night and the Surgery will take 3 hours and keep him in your prayers we need all the prayers we can get next week...he will be in a cast 6 to 8 weeks and then in splint for 2 to 3 months.

Thurrell's daughter Liz has liver cancer, she had surgery
last Friday September 2, and they burned the cancer but
give her only 3-4 months to find a new liver. She is still in
the hospital, running fever and not eating alot, still in pain.
My mother's room mate Josie has a brain turmor, and
now today she has a blockage in her neck, they don't
give her much time, days or months, Irene my younger
sister is very close to Ms. Josie and cries all the time about this and she's praying God will bless her with years

I need alot of prayer and advices. My husband and I have been married for almost 21 years. I've discovered that he had an addiction to porns. After I found out about this, he admitted that he only looked at those for stress relieved and for his depression. He had asked and begged me for forgiveness and he won't get into it anymore. How can I forget this? I'm afraid of him lying to me and continuing to look at those behind my back. How can a good man looks at those? I don't know if I'm having trouble forgiving or forgetting. I was married and divorced before I met my husband. My ex-husband cheated on me and left me for another woman. Am I still afraid that's what my husband might do the same to me as my ex? I need help..I know my husband does but he's too embarrass to ask for one.

I just received a prayer request for my friend, Ruth. Her son emailed me saying that his Mom is very sick and needs prayer. She and her son have just moved into a new apartment, one that is so much better financially for Ruth. She may have just over worked. Ruth has major heart issues and no family support, except her adult son, who is disabled. Please pray for God's healing touch upon this Christian lady who is always doing for others.

Please pray for Roger who was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). He has been waiting for months for the VA to do the additions and modifications to his home that would certainly make things somewhat easier for him. All the paperwork is in and completed to the VA's satisfaction; however, they have not made good on their repeated promises to start the construction. Meanwhile, Roger's health continues to deteriorate to the point where he is unable to breathe without difficulty and not able to walk or even turn the pages of a book to read, much less hold the book. Please pray for strength for Roger and his family. I do not know their spiritual needs; so please pray as the Holy Spirit leads.
Please pray for the Desroches family, whose eight month old baby boy died a few days ago from a rare genetic disorder. The services are tomorrow (Sunday) and much prayer is needed for comfort and strength. Thank you so very much.

Medicare just informed John the owner that they are recoding their medicare requests and he will owe them tons of money. They told him it had to do with the recent Federal budget cuts and something in Obamacare (Michelle did not quite understand the preparing cultures from Dermatologists. We are concerned what the possibilities might be and the effects it would have on employees (30-40). Michelle and Mike has worked here for about 20 yrs. They have a home, 3 dogs and a cat and one 11 yr. old. The possibilities of what might happen are a little overwhelming for both of them. Please pray for the jobs for everyone and for this to be resolved in a manner pleasing to everyone.

I have a dear friend and Pastor that is near death because of Agent Orange.
He and his group were sprayed with Agent Orange while in the woods in Viet Nam. Most of his troops are already gone. His body is completely eaten up with the cancer and other problems that spray contained.

Suddenly two days ago my left ear was slightly sore and tender. I had not injured it. I requested prayer. Mostly the pain went away. It is back. I cannot afford health insurance or a doctor visit. Jesus has healed me dozens of times over the years from prayer only. I had asked prayer for my ears months ago like this and it went away. I believe God can and will heal the cause of the troubles of my left ear.

Marte Simpson called me this evening to ask for prayer for her nephew Jake, 20 years old. The Doctors have found a tumor the size of an orange in his stomach and is having surgery Tuesday morning. There is the possibility that it might be malignant. We prayed for Marte's brother Al a few months back when he had his heart attack. Jake is his son. This family has been under a great deal of stress and hopfully all will be ok with G-d's Blessing and Grace.
I will let you know more when Marte gets back to me.

My grandson died this morning about 11 am before my 2 daughters & I could get to Omaha. The funeral arrangements will be made in the
morning & since Stephanie has to have an MRI done in the morning
in Lincoln we will find out the details before we come back. I was wrong on his age as he was 33 but it is easy for me to lose track.
Please keep us in prayer as we make the trip to Lincoln & pray for
the MRI not to show a tear in her right rotator cuff or in a muscle.

I'm starting a college Bible study for PRMI using their Dunamis Project materials and could use continued prayer support for it. This is a power thing and I believe many college students will find healing, deliverance, and become Spirit-empowered over the course of the next two semesters, and since it starts Saturday, Sept. 3 I believe that that's why I find myself getting hit with spiritual attacks (discouragement, distraction, etc).
Also, on a personal level I could use prayer support for 3 things: 1. the work I'm doing for my doctoral degree (DMin in Formational Counseling, i.e. inner healing). The work's going much slower that I need. 2. Very soon, probably in a year or two, I'll likely be needing a new vehicle. My 2001 Neon's great, but now that it's getting close to 200,000 miles it's starting to lose oil quickly and may or may not hold up to the 8 hour trips I'll be making twice a semester for the doctorate. Since God can provide more than we could imagine my ideal replacement would be a hybrid 4WD pick-up or something else that's fuel efficient, 4WD, and can haul items as need-be. I've got 2 part-time jobs so I can afford only what God gives, but considering how He works, I don't mind asking for prayers for provision! 3. I'm a Reserve chaplain with the military, and with everything that's going on the requirements for that are kind of nagging at the back of my mind since they can fall by the wayside.

Well, the good news is that I have found a doctor who is treating me for my exhaustion, fatigue, and other health problems, and the treatment is working! The bad news is that I found out last week that my medical insurance was mysteriously cancelled August 1st, and no one can figure out how it happened. Furthermore, the people at Lodi Borough Hall are having difficulty reinstating it. There is no reason for this cancellation, but it does threaten to cause problems if the doctors I've been to this month find out they aren't getting paid- they might stop treating me. Once the coverage is reinstated they can backdate the coverage to compensate for their error- but I cannot afford a lapse of time without medicine or treatments. Please pray that God removes the blocks and delays from the bureaucratic process of reinstating my medical insurance policy through the town.
Also, I recently found out the woman I'm renting a room from practices Santaria! She seems a bit untrustworthy as well. I anointed and blessed and prayed over my room to remove any spiritual forces not of God, but am looking for a new place to live. Please pray God provide a place to live with safe people, hopefully Christian.
Lastly, I have not heard from the college job but will call them again today. I'm discouraged from the 1 hour commute each way to work and the roomate situation, as well as rejections from other potential positions in the area. Please pray that if God wants me here , that God would provide a sign to show me I am to find another place here, and if not, that God would provide a great place to live near the job I have or that God has for me.

A woman did a favor for a "friend in need" who claimed to be a Christian. In return the fake Christian "friend" planted some items among the woman's possessions to make it look like she is guilty of a crime that could send her to prision for five years. Then, the "friend" reported her to the Sheriff's Department in an effort to keep herself from looking guilty for the crime that she (fake Christian friend) had committed. Please pray that the whole truth will surface and the innocent will be vindicated without delay.

Without getting into specifics I just need prayer. Several things have happened that seemed fairly minor but they are now adding up and I've been really depressed and that's not like me. Hopefully this will all pass soon but I just haven't seen "the light at the end of the tunnel"!

Got a call from my daughter-in-law, Marilyn. She fell and broke a couple of toes and some bone on her foot. She's been waiting for knee surgery, but due to her weight, this has had to be put-off. Now this. She's at the hospital, but right now I don't know if she will be admitted - or what her prognosis is. Will keep you updated. Please pray - she's had so many setbacks lately. Thanks.
Also heard from my sister, Mary Ann. She said she was really down today because two of her friends had passed. She didn't give me their names. Also, her friend Jackie, whom we've prayed for before, hasn't been heard from and she's worried about her also.

Prayer request today...I ask that u would lift me and Bill, my fiance up in prayer today. We have split because of several reasons and I would ask that God would hear my heart today and give me patience to wait on Him quietly and humbly as I am asking that words spoken would be forgiven, that healing would come for both me and Bill and that I would not be anxious for anything or even sad during this time because we know God is always doing a good thing. I ask that u would join me in praying about moving also until I am at peace with having to move. This was our house the one we would live in when married. I'm sorry I haven't been online lately. I'm not feeling well. A lot is going on. I had a place on my right shoulder removed and the doctor said it was cancer. This upset me. I still have 3 more places that's to be removed in Sept. I'm kind of depressed I guess. I'm trying hard not to worry but its scary. I looked through my emails and I see we have a new member. Praise God our group is growing. I hope you and Brother Bob are doing well, I pray nightly for all requests and for the both of you. I will try to be online and answer the requests as I can..so much is coming at me lately. I love this group and you and Brother Bob..Thanks for being so understanding.

Update on Auntie Akila (Akeela)
Vijay talked to his cousin and Aunt Akila had to have hip replacement surgery. She did well during the surgery which is wonderful considering she has breathing problems. Thank you all for praying for her. Please pray for her complete and lasting recovery from surgery as well as breathing problems.
There were so many responses of prayers for her and we are all so thankful for your loving prayers and time you take to pray...God bless you for that.

Greetings in Jesus Name! Thank you very much for your continues prayers and support for the ministry and also we are thankful to you for praying for my wife Deborah.
On 26th of August, as our local Doctor instructed us, we have taken my wife Deborah to hospital in Vijayawada (70km away from our home town) for better treatment. Actually she is carrying 8th month pregnancy. After diagnose and several tests for 3 days, Doctors said, the baby is in critical position, she needs to get operation immediately. They have made the operation on 29th of August at 4:12pm and have given birth for a female baby with the weight of 1.4 kgs only, Doctors moved her to Intensive Care Unit in the same hospital. Till today, the baby condition is in serious. Attached is the picture of the baby.
I trust in God but it is my humble request, please pray for the new born baby and for my wife Deborah. We are all praying for you. God bless you!

MY friend's HUSBAND TONY HA has LEUKEMIA for YEARS. On CHEMOTHERAPY for a LONG TIME. CAN'T WORK. SO SHE WORKS 2 JOBS JUST TO MAKE ENDS MEET.
MY friend's friend John Williams needs help just to get around. HE wants a LIVE IN HELP in EXCHANGE FOR RENT.

As a person of vision, hope, integrity and genuine concern for our country and the children of America, I believe, you have concerns and a vision and for our children, our educational system, teachers and parents..I believe we should and can make a difference in this generation as we pull together to promote the right agendas. America is still the greatest nation on the face of the earth..Many enemies have thought to destroy her freedom and all the godly principles that made this nation great; the very foundations stones that this nation was built upon. Our forefathers laid their very lives on the line, their careers, and risked everything for freedom as they trusted God to establish independence and freedom of religion, to grant to every citizen the right to life and liberty. It was the favor of God and the sincere desire of our founding fathers to be free from oppression and be able to pursue happiness and serve God has they felt led. God blessed them and gave them the freedoms we, as Americans, have enjoyed for over two hundred years. It is time to take American back; back from every enemy that threatens her freedom and greatness.
We have a vision from God that we are trying to promote and praying that it will reach across American. We have a God-given vision we call MADAH.. Our vision is to reclaim our children and restore families. Our goal is to unite parents, grandparents and concerned adults to create the MADAH Army (Mom’s and Dad’s Against Hell) who will storm the gates of Hell. We envision strong families restored and being made whole. We envision children, teens, and young adults freed from the prisons of abuse, alcohol, bullying, depression, drugs, gang involvement, low self-esteem, rape, slavery, STD’s, teen pregnancy and every kind of bondage.
We long to see a generation of children and teens who will no longer curse as they look at their parents with hatred. Instead, but will look at them with fresh eyes; eyes filled with honor, love, respect and thankfulness for making a difference by joining the Army of MADAH.
